Jay, holding the Advanced Chartered Benefit Consultant designation, has been in the insurance industry for over 19 years and is still smiling!! Married 57 years to his lovely wife Donna, they share the love of 4 children and 9 grandchildren.

If Jay could describe himself with one word it would be compassionate & seeing that he sits on the Board of Directors for Safe Berks (formerly Berks Women in Crisis) and was the past President for two terms with the Berks County Food Bank we agree that he is compassionate & strongly cares for others.
