On March 27th, President Donald Trump signed the “Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act”, also known as the CARES ACT.
The Cares Act for Small Businesses is a relief package that includes a Paycheck Protection Program which provides $350 billion of assistance to small businesses to help them keep their employees on payroll and cover important expenses through a forgivable loan program.
Loans can be accessed through any FDIC bank or Credit Union.  Per Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, the loan program should be up and running by the end of the week & turnaround for a loan application should be fairly fast, including the same day!
