Anne Carter is Gallen Insurance’s Director of Operations. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, she started out as our receptionist 18 years ago and when Chris Gallen left she took over the accounting and eventually HR was added to her list of duties.
Anne has 5 children, 2 grandchildren, and 2 dogs. We made Anne answer a few more interesting questions, just so you can get to know her a bit more!
 
One word to describe yourself?  Thoughtful
If you could have one super power, what would you choose?  Eat everything but not gain weight
Favorite song to sing at karaoke?  We are family  (I have 4 sisters – it’s our favorite)

Favorite recipe? Willing to share it?  Scalloped corn Lots of people here already have the recipe
If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed to bring 3 things, what would they be?  Chocolate, wine, and my husband
What would the title of your autobiography be?  Too many places to see, too little time
What is your biggest pet peeve?  People who lack compassion
What is your worst fear?  Heights but I’ve been in a hot air balloon & the tallest building in US
What is something no one at the office knows about you?  Been here too long to have any secrets
